Refund policy
30-day returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused and unmarked (not written in), and returned in its original packaging, including any inserts or accessories. Proof of purchase is required.
How to start a return
Email us at hello@ziravelhouse.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is approved, we’ll send return instructions.
Return address
If your return is approved, we will provide the return shipping address and instructions by email. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping fees are not refundable.
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we will cover return shipping and provide a prepaid return label, and we will either replace the item or issue a refund.
Damages, defects, and wrong items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 72 hours if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include photos of the item and the packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for gift cards or final sale items. We also do not accept returns on any item that has been used, written in, or is not returned in its original condition and packaging, except where required by law.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at hello@ziravelhouse.com.
