We make reasonable efforts to display product details accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary due to device screens, lighting, and settings.
We do not guarantee that product appearance will match what you see on your screen.
Product descriptions and availability may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product and to limit quantities sold to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS 
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is not accepted until we confirm it and payment is processed.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. We may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted.
If we cancel or change an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.
Refunds and returns: All refunds, replacements, and return requests are governed by our Refund Policy. We generally only accept returns or replacements for items that are defective, damaged on arrival, or sent incorrectly, subject to the Refund Policy and applicable law.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use, not for commercial resale or export.

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at checkout at the time you place your order.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Ziravel House names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Ziravel House or its licensors. Shopify’s name and marks are trademarks of Shopify. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

You may be provided with access to customer tools offered by third parties as part of the Services, which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.

Ziravel House is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Ziravel House. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Ziravel House, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Ziravel House.

Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify also collects and processes certain information to provide and improve the Services. Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live.
